5. Sharing

6. Use of data

We use your personal information in full compliance with legal provisions. Personal data that you provide to us during your ordering and arrival at VILA BOJAN, during your completion of the Client’s Consent, during your payments through the bank or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and VILA BOJAN, will be collected and processed exclusively within fulfillment of our legal obligations (for example, data on employees that VILA BOJAN is obliged to collect according to the Labor Act) or contractual obligations towards you based on your consent. The director of VILA BOJAN as the responsible person and employees of VILA BOJAN have access to the list with client data and statements of consent of the client, since such access is necessary for the performance of obligations and services of VILA BOJAN clients, and it is regulated in accordance with applicable law. Each client has the right to inspect personal data that are in the list of clients of VILA BOJAN and that are processed about him (for example in the list of service users).

Personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment through the bank are collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, where access is password protected. The director of VILA BOJAN has access to the stated data. The retention period of the said data shall be determined in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular accounting.

Personal data collected is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Client data stated in the Client’s Consent Statement collected for the purpose of sending notifications about VILA BOJAN services and its promotion are kept until the withdrawal of the client’s consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with VILA BOJAN.

Responsible persons and employees of VILA BOJAN who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by VILA BOJAN are obliged to sign the Confidentiality Statement to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and act in accordance with applicable legislation and rules VILA BOJAN.
