Pirovac
Pirovac is a picturesque place that nature has endowed by placing it on the shore between the sea and Lake Vrana. It is located in a bay characterized by the unusual fact that the sea inside it is 4 degrees warmer than the average of the Adriatic Sea. This area is dominated by a mild climate that allows beautiful, warm summers and mild winters. The coast is marked by its indentation with numerous bays and crystal clear stone and pebble beaches and with islands on whose archipelago is the National Park “Kornati”.

Walks in the beautiful sorrounding nature, cycling, sports and recreational activities, sailing, diving, learning about historical and cultural antiquities, Dalmatian specialties… there are many opportunities for a pleasant holiday and enjoyment. Pirovac is adorned with numerous sights that reflect the spirit of a time when this area was a significant center of the Knights Templar. The old coastal part of the town with its medieval walls and the “Village Gate” is one of the most interesting symbols of Pirovac. Get to know the old town, peek into the hidden “kale” cobbled streets that keep track of the past centuries.
Pirovac also has an enviable number of beaches of various types that stretch northwest and southeast of the center along the entire coast. All the beaches are quite close to each other and are very accessible to everyone.
